The satellite symposium will be available only for physicians who participate in the conference.
The Satellite Lunch will be held parallel to the general lunch. Participants of the Satellite will enjoy their lunch in the Symposium hall.
Due to limited seats, early registration for the Lunch Symposium is highly recommended.

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Prior to September 30, 2017– full refund less $ 50 handling fees
From October 1, 2017 until November 23, 2017– 50% refund
After November 3, 2017– no refund
